MAJA JAJA HYDBOM, ARTIST BASED IN ROME, ITALY
A QUICK BITE
Maja Hydbom is born Swedish but has lived half her life abroad. She has a BFA from Flagler College, St Augustine USA where she spent her 4 years of studying. Maja received a special diploma on her graduation for her accomplishments in the art department.
After her studies Maja went back to Europe and spent time in Malmö where she was working as an art teacher and collaborating with FRANK Gallery & Studios, as well as participating in other art shows. In 2016 Maja moved to Marbella, Spain where she continued teaching art for adults as well as working at Moretti & Moretti Gallery in Marbella Club. She participated in art exhibitions around Andalucia, showcasing her paintings.
In 2020 Maja moved to Rome, Italy, to focus on her new family. She has since then stayed in Italy and is currently working in Fiumicino.
